Wet your hands to avoid sticking and shape the mochi piece into a ball. mix the water and rice flour together. make sure to add the water a little at a time. mix in the sugar. mix in the flour. mix in a little red food coloring at a time, until you get a nice gentle pink color. Then evenly distribute the chopped flowers over the rice. Press "start" to cook the rice.
