Instructions to make Sakura Mochi:
  1. Rinse the Cherry leaves quickly in water, and drain the water.
  2. Make a ball of the Bean paste.
  3. Mix Shiratamako, Flour, Sugar, Fresh Strawberry Juice in a bowl. Then add the water a little by little, and mix them. - (※If it is necessary, add more water.)
  4. Put the Oil into a 160℃ electric griddle or a Teflon coated pan. Pour the dough into the pan, then make an oval shape with a bottom of a ladle.
  5. Cook it for about 20 seconds, then turn it inside out it and cook it for about 10 seconds.
  6. Put it on a plate and let it chill.
  7. Roll the bean paste with baked dough, also wrap it with the Cherry leaf.
