  1. Put the rice flour, sugar and water and whisk.
  2. Wrap the bowl with a plastic wrap and put it in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  3. Take the bowl out of the microwave, give it a good stir, with a wet rubber spatula and put it in the microwave again for 1 minute.
  4. Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, when it's ready take it out of the microwave and stir it. If it's thick and sticky it's ready
  5. Dust everything with corn starch and cut the mochi into however size you want.
  6. You can dip it in kinako and sugar, soy sauce,sugar and seaweed, cocoa or whatever you like. - And Enjoy!☺️
