  3. Put all the ingrandents in a mixing bowl,Wear disposable gloves, mix them together
  4. Knead them into any shape you like (or use molds)

The menu is Korean Jumeok Bap! Jumeok means fist and Bap means rice in Korean. It's essentially a lump of rice that is molded into a round loaf - the shape of a fist. Not sure whose fist looks this round… but it is, what it is! Combine tuna and cracked peppercorns ranch in a small mixing bowl.
