  1. Make ready 100 gm paneer
  2. Take 8-10 wonton sheet shredded
  3. Take 1 cup maida for paste
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup water
  5. Get 1 tsp soya sauce
  6. Make ready 1 tsp garlic paste
  7. Take 1 pinch salt
  8. Prepare 1 pinch red chilli powder
  9. Prepare As needed oil
  10. Take 3 tsp schezwan sauce for serving
Instructions to make Paneer Threads:
  1. Take a bowl and add paneer,garlic paste, soya sauce, red chilli and salt it mix well and rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Now prepare for maida paste. so we need a 1 cup of maida and half cup of water it mix well in the bowl.
  3. After 5 minutes take a 1 piece of paneer slice and dip in to maida paste carefully like this.
  4. And cover paneer slice by wonton sheets like this.
  5. Now it's deep fry till the golden brown.
  6. After deep fry remove the paneer from pan and serve hot paneer thread with schezwan sauce.
