The ingredients needed to make Wontons:
  1. Take 1 lb ground pork (the fattier the better)
  2. Get 1 box tiger shrimp
  3. Prepare 1/2 bundle chives
  4. Make ready 3 cabbage leaves

  6. Prepare 2 shallots
Steps to make Wontons:
  1. Devein shrimp and cut into 1/4" pieces. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, ground pepper and mix in bowl.
  2. Finely dice shallots, finely chop chives and cabbage and add ground pork. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and sugar, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, some ground pepper and mix in bowl.
  3. Add shrimp to pork mixture. Mix ingredients with hands until it's evenly distributed.

  5. Boil wontons. Should be enough to feed 4-6 adults.
  6. You can portion and freeze for meals later. Also makes a great addition to noodle soups.
