  7. Take 1 packages bean sprouts
  8. Take 3 1/4 oz oyster sauce

  3. portion out 2 tablespoon sized balls
  4. follow rolling directions on back of wanton package
  5. cook eggrolls 2 or 3 at a time.
  6. cook until golden brown and inside temp of 165
  7. enjoy the best eggrolls ever
  8. let cool for 10 min or 5 in your fridge
