Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Place on the rack in a pressure cooker. Add meatballs and stir to combine. Cover the baking dish tightly with a lid or foil.

Instructions to make Meatballs and Rice:
  1. Brown the sirloin and set aside retain the liquids. Add half of cup of water, to deglaze the pan.
  2. Mix the corned beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt.
  3. Form the corned beef meatballs 1 and fry in the juices of the deglazed pan. Set aside.
  4. Dice the onion and peppers. Mix the beef sirloin and make the beef meatballs 2.
  5. After they are formed and cooked set the meatballs 2 aside. Sauté the onions, with seasoned salt, till softened.
  6. When softened add the pepper and allow to cook covered 8 minutes. Add the ground beef sirloin, and both types of meatballs.
  7. Add the sauce and then stir. Take the water add to the jar and put the lid on it. Shake to get the remaining sauce out of jar. Add to the rest.
  8. Take the gee and add to a pot then heat. Add the rice and fry in the gee. After 4 minutes add the 2 cups water and salt.
  9. Cover and cook till the water is absorbed. Add the water to the rice. Cover and remove from heat and set aside and don't disturb for 15 minutes.
  10. After 15 minutes add the rice to sauce mixture. Mix it together well the corned beef meatballs may be a bit fragile. Allow to rest 15 minutes covered before serving.
