  1. Take 20 pcs Gyoza or Wonton Skin
  2. Get 100 grams minced chicken
  3. Take 1 sticks green onion, finely sliced

  6. Take 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  7. Make ready 3/4 tsp salt

  1. Heat cooking oil with min heat
  2. Mix minced chicken with egg yolk, Sesame Oil, Green Onion, Garlic, Salt, and pepper, until all of those ingredients mixed well, put aside
  3. Take the gyoza skin, add 1 teaspoon in the middle of the skin and rolled up, till made a half-round shape. Then do it until all of the chicken and skin are spent.
  4. Fry the dumpling with minimum heat until the skin is turning gold.
  5. Served with Chilli Sauce
