- Make a nice dough with the dough ingredients
- Keep it rest
- Now heat the pan and add oil
- Then add the onion and green chilli,stir for a while
- Then add all spices and salt
- Mix it nicely and sprinkle little water then add grated paneer
- Saute for a minute
- Now take a medium portion from the dough and roll it
- Cut it into long strips (approx. 3cm * 6cm)
- Now put the paneer mixture in the strips
- Shape it like wonton fry it very nicely
- When it becomes little brown take out,serve any chutney or ketchup
