  6. Cut mochi into 10 equal parts. - Wrap it with Anko while stretching.
  7. Turn over Mochi, reshape it. It's soft even if it gets cold.

And fresh juicy strawberries of course! Mix in flour, salt, milk, and chopped strawberries until combined. Scoop into golf ball sized pieces and place on a baking tray. Place the strawberry covered with anko onto the mochi. Like before, hold the tip of an anko strawberry in the center and spread the mochi up to the stem.
