- Meanwhile in a saucepan combine the coconut milk, sugar, and pinch of salt. Bring it to slight boil and sugar dissolves. Turned off the heat and pour half of the coconut mixture into sticky rice, stir well. Let it cool and soak for about 10-15minutes.
- Peel mango and slices it into a bite size pieces. Scoop some warm sticky rice into each serving bowl or plate. Arrange mango slices on the side or on top of rice or as you like to arranged it. Drizzling more coconut sauce over the rice. Enjoy!
