Once the water start boiling add soy sauce and mix well. Make a slurry of all-purpose flour and water and add to the soup and mix. Boil it until you desired consistency then off the flame. Taste and adjust the flavours.
- For making wonton sheets make 4 balls from the dough. Roll out one dough to a thin disc. It should be soo thin that you can see your finger through it. Cut the rolled disc in square shape. Now cut 9 equal squares from that big square and Wonton sheets are ready. You can store then in the freezer for upto 3 months placing cling film in between every sheet and keeping it in an air tight container.
- For Preparing the wontons take a wonton sheet add 1 tsp of filling in the middle. Now apply water on all the sides and fold it in a triangle shape. Now again apply water on the 2 opposite sides of the triangle and stick over just like a bird wing. Like so make all the wontons.
- For cooking the wontons heat up enough water in a pan so that the wontons can float. Once the water starts boiling add the wontons to it. Don't overlap. At first they will sink at the bottom but as they will cook up they will start floating. Take them out and like so cook all the prepared wontons.
- There are 4 ways to serve 1. Serve as it is. 2. Serve with prepared flavourful oil. 3. Serve with prepared soup. 4. Serve with all the above-mentioned.
- For assembling in a soup plate put 5-6 wontons to it add 2-3 ladle full of soup. Add around a tsp of flavoured oil or as per taste. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Serve piping hot.
