  11. Cook until rice gets heated and then switch off the flame. Now add in fried cashews,soya sauce and chilli garlic sauce. Mix well.
  12. Atlast squeeze some lemon juice, give a last stir and done. If you feel that the pineapple are sour,you can add little sugar to balance the flavour.
  13. Transfer to individual serving bowls.
  14. Serve immediately with fried egg. You can enjoy them without fried egg also. They are so delicious with sweet-sour and spicy taste.
