  6. Variations: orange-pineapple, banana, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blueberry-blackberry, apple-cinnamon (purée), pear, peach-mango, mandarin orange, cherry-vanilla, honey-vanilla and pinacolada

  8. Note: makes 1 large pudding or 2 small puddings

Place on a high heat and stir regularly to ensure the rice does not stick to the bottom of the pan. When the water level falls to lower than the rice line, top up with more hot water. Repeat this process until the rice has softened.
