The ingredients needed to make Taco Bites:
  1. Take 1 packages wonton wrappers
  2. Make ready 1 lb ground beef
  3. Take 1 packages lettuce shreds
  4. Get 1 envelope taco seasoning
  5. Make ready 3/4 cup shredded cheese (any kind you prefer)
Instructions to make Taco Bites:
  1. preheat oven to 425
  2. spray 2 12 cup muffin pans with nonstick spray (very important)
  3. place one wonton wrapper in each cup
  4. brown meat and drain grease, return to pan
  5. add taco seasoning & prepare according to package directions
  6. scoop a tablespoon of taco meat into each cup
  7. bake for 8-10 minutes or until wrappers are golden brown around the edges
  8. be careful and start to watch them at the 8 minute mark the wrappers can burn if you don't pay attention and everyone's oven is different!
  9. remove from oven and add cheese right away so it melts on top
  10. remove from pan add lettuce and any other toppings you desire. EX: cut up cherry tomatoes, taco sauce, sour cream
  11. serve and enjoy!
