  1. Take 1.5 liter Milk
  2. Take half cup (4 muthi) rice
  3. Get 1 cup sugar
  4. Take 2 cardamom

Combine rice paste, milk, sugar, cardamom, and saffron into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and. Pour the milk into a wide, preferably non-stick pan. Add the cardamom pods and bring to a boil without letting the milk spill over.   1. Over cook rice in water strain and then blend it very well with one cup milk (rice should be mushy).

  3. Take a pot and boil milk then slow down flame add in the blended rice and grinded mixture powder and cook for atleast 1 hr. Stir gradually with wooden spoon..
  4. Add in sugar u can balance the sweetness as per your taste. - - After adding sugar cook in low flame with generous stirring time to time.
  5. Cook until color change and thickness appear. - garnish with almonds and pistachio powder
  6. Serve it chilled.
