  2. Prepare 1 cup Chopped capsicum, cabbage,carrot
  3. Make ready 1 tsp soy sauce
  4. Get 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  5. Take 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  6. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Make ready as needed Oil for deep frying
  9. Get 1 tsp Green chill chopped
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
Steps to make Chinese fried wonton:
  1. Roll the wanton sheet using maida dough cut the sheet using sharp knife into big squre
  2. Heat the oil in pan add cabbage capsicum,carrot,green chilli saute for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add soy sauce,green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce, black pepper powder,salt and mix well,
  4. Turn off the flame,let it cool completely
  5. Apply water to the edges of the sheet on two sides of sheet
  6. Put a tsp filling and fold it into triangle and close the ends completely
  7. Fold it and give it nice shape
  8. Deep fry the wanton on both the sides in medium flame
  9. Wontons ready to served with green and red chilli sause
